FEES & INSURANCE

  • Insurances accepted: CareFirst, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Blue Choice, CIGNA/Evernorth, Florida Blue

  • Individual Counseling (Initial Session $200 | Ongoing Sessions $160 each (55 min)

  • Open Path Collective ($60 each session | 45 minutes)

  • Couples Counseling (Initial Session $250 | Ongoing Sessions $190 each (60 min)

  • Prepare-Enrich Online Assessment/Workbook fees apply $35/ Assessment | $5 + S&H/ Printed Couple Workbook

  • Credit/Debit Cards accepted (NO CHECKS)

  • Anger Management Assessment ($300 - 2 hour assessment includes written report)

  • Subpoena / Court Appearance ($1000/ per day - due 7 days before court date(s))

  • Late cancellation/no show fee: $65

  • Medical records request: $50

  • Completion of documents (Summary letters Only): $150

Notice to clients and prospective clients:

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. 

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. 

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
